Stuart qualified as an ADR Group Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator in 2014.
Since then, he has successfully mediated a wide range of civil & commercial disputes and, together with HH Keith Hollis, spearheaded the development of chambers’ separate mediation brand ‘Disputes Mediated’. His longstanding background as a civil barrister and his ability to identify and focus on the issues at the heart of the dispute and to identify and help parties overcome barriers to settlement, together with his personable manner, has repeatedly won him praise from mediation clients.
