Fran is qualified as an Arbitrator under the Children scheme and undertakes early neutral evaluations in family cases.
In 2024 she qualified as an accredited psychological civil mediator and Fran now works regularly in ENE’s and mediations alongside consultant clinical psychologist Dr Janine Braier.
Fran can be instructed singly or together with Dr Braier on request. The combination of psychological and legal expertise is not available elsewhere in the world of family law and offers an exceptional service to families in need of help to find a way through challenging times.
Fran is an extremely well-regarded barrister with an expertise in the most difficult and serious private and public law family cases and regularly represents professionals, celebrities and HNW individuals.
Francesca is qualified to undertake work through public access and is very experienced in the same.
